Want to improve your endurance, power,  speed, heal an injury or prevent injuries? You have come to the right place!!!  Whether you are a high school athlete working hard to get into your dream college, or weekend warrior partaking in races and events I can help you accomplish your athletic goals.

I have been through it all as a collegiate and semi-professional soccer player. Directly out of college I trained at Athletes Performance, which was created by Mark Verstegan in 1999 as a refuge for elite athletes.  I utilize their systematic approach and design the programs based off of each individual’s unique needs.  For the past 3 years I have been studying neuroscience through Z Health to better understand how our brain impacts our performance.  To learn more about their programs and my capabilities when it comes to performance training check out my blog and article database.

Sessions include strength and conditioning, injury prevention and rehabilitation, neural re-education and mobility restoration. I do a thorough assessment to look for things such as gait deficiencies, poor nutrition habits and muscular or visual imbalances.
