In a world of less than optimal health my goal as a Health and Wellness Consultant is to work independently with each of my clients to design a personalized wellness plan that offers simple solutions to their everyday problems regarding living an optimal life. Healthier lifestyle practices involve exercise and nutrition interventions, stress management strategies and toxicity elimination.


Exercise programming involves putting together a specific plan of action and routine that works with your schedule. Whether that is prescribing an in-home exercise program to meet your personal needs, signing you up for an online workout class, signing up with a personal trainer, boot camps, pilates, yoga, tai chi, zumba, or dance class. We will discuss what resonates with you and makes sense with your lifestyle and desires regarding fitness.

Stress Management

We will discuss stress management techniques and how to implement them into a daily practice. These techniques could range from meditation & breathing practices, neural exercises, stretching, to analyzing your bed time routine and sleep cycles. We will work on incorporating simple approaches to finding better balance.

Clean Living Tutorial

In home cleanse of toxic substances. We will go over what chemicals are creating the most distress on your body in your home and come up with alternatives for these products.  We will take a look at your personal care products, cleaning supplies, food in your pantry, refrigerator, water, Tupperware and much more.

We live in a fast paced world full of high expectations, pressure to keep up, stress and little time to take care of ourselves or lack of priority of. We therefore rely on quick fixes and look for doctors to fix us, prescribe a magic pill or utilize their newest medical and or surgical procedure or counsel us through our problems.  My hope is that some day instead of prescribing a pill doctors and physicians will prescribe exercise and dietary changes to begin.

Chronic disease is more prevalent in our society then ever before. There are more than 200 types of cancer, more than 80 types of autoimmune disease’s and 25.8 million children and adults in the U.S. 8.3% of the population who have diabetes and 79 million are on the way to becoming diabetic.  These are staggering statistics and the question in my mind is what are we doing about it.

Healthy eating training depending on the individual could involve kitchen and refrigerator detox. “Replace this for that strategy.” Elimination diet, food logs, supplements, receipt ideas.

My passion for nutrition stems from a long-term battle with celiac disease. As science comes to better understand chronic disease it becomes evident that inflammation lies as the root cause, whether we are discussing maladies of the brain, heart or respiratory system. Inflammation begins at the cellular level and without optimal nutrition cellular health degrades. When the cells become compromised, energy production, metabolic efficiency and immune function are compromised. While one can direct people in the realm of exercise, and discuss the impact of proteins, carbos and fats, food today is not what it was a decade ago. It is important to understand how commercial food preparation destroys the health benefit of many of our long-endeared foods. My goal is to educate people of not only the harmful effects saturated fats and the vital importance of healthy gut bacteria, but lead them on a path to eat foods that truly support the health of the entire human organism.
