Who am I?

I am a Fitness Trainer, Holistic Health & Wellness Consultant and Youth Performance & Bio-Mechanical Coach.

What I do?

I encourage my clients to adopt healthier lifestyle practices which can range from fitness & brain training, nutrition, elimination of toxins, meditative practices and rehabilitation exercises.

How I do it?

I offer private, small group and large group training outdoors, in studios and in-home.
